Students gain knowledge by having a variety of cultures established in the classroom environment because the world in which we live in today is continuously changing and becoming more integrated. Students must be aware of other cultures to learn new ways to communicate and work alongside with people from different cultures. This is a tool students will use throughout their lives. The students get to see how their culture is similar or different compared to other cultures within a classroom. This can help establish a community that is diverse, but unique in their own way.
